I had the unfortunate circumstance of having a random person throw a traffic cone at my car while heading to work in the early morning hours. The impact resulted in the passenger side mirror being completely detached, as shown. After contacting a different repair shop (with said shop having me send an email to them about my issue and not responding to it), I contacted Precision Auto Collision in hopes of getting this repair done. During the phone call, Sabina answered all of my questions thoroughly while also giving me fair price estimate through the onsite adjuster. The repair was done the next day with me picking it up the following morning. The results are shown and it’s as if nothing happened to the mirror! What I do appreciate is that there was a level of honesty & transparency here I had not encountered before at other repair shops. This includes what the repair process entails to when it will be completed as well as fair pricing. I do hope to return here for future work, including dent removals and a full paint correction. Thank you Sabina & Precision Auto for delivering a quick & seamless repair process!

Didn’t know where to take my Volvo so I stumbled upon Precison saw the reviews and took a chance. German and his team did an excellent job fixing the scratches on my bumper looks brand new. Highly recommended this place especially if you have high end vehicles!!

Ricardo was very professional, cordial, and he kept me updated on the repair of my car. My car is a 2023 Toyota GR86 that lost control on ice and slid sideways to the car next to me. The rear quarter panel was damaged. The repairs came out immaculate and look like they came off the factory. They also had it repaired within a week which was great! I have attached the before and after pictures. Once again Ricardo was fantastic at attending me at the front desk. I truly appreciate the team for the work that they have done.

Just really wanna give a special thanks to Precision auto Collision. They've helped fix my very special & old car's front grill & hood twice now. this car is all I have & holds my tools for work & my dog's for our adventure trips to the woods & markets : ) They matched the color perfectly as well. A color that's from 24 years ago! Great team, good vibes & really appreciate the time & care they took with my car. Clean bright shop with big windows. Fun to watch them working on different cars.
